About the
Center :
The Comprehensive Behavioral Health Center of St. Clair County is located in East St. Louis, IL. The Center has been in operation since 1957 serving the needs of children, adolescents, and adults. Our mission is to provide quality individualized essential services for people in need of emotional, rehabilitative and social support, on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, in the least restrictive environment. We strive to be the top-ranking Community Behavioral Health Center within its size, population and category in the State of Illinois.
Key Duties :
Conduct assessments using ASAM criteria Provide individual substance use disorder counseling Conduct group substance use disorder sessions Assist clients in establishing treatment plans, goals, objectives, as well as other functional aspects of their personal planning in the recovery process Consistently review and update patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress Assess and provide referrals to appropriate resources Document services provided within system of electronic health records on the same day that service is provided Complete required billing information daily
Required :
Illinois CADC certification or Illinois LSW or Illinois LPC At least one year of addictions counseling experience Good oral and written communication skills General knowledge of computer documentation
Desired :
Illinois MAATP certification
Compensation :
$27.00 per hour
