Manage a caseload by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in supervision, and ensure proper documentation and discharge planning. Offer crisis intervention and represent the organization professionally within the community. Qualifications include a Master's degree in Behavioral Health, active Kentucky licensure or CADC, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish preferred).
