POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct individual counseling sessions Facilitate group counseling sessions Complete treatment planning Maintain timely documentation Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Support recovery and relapse prevention planning Assist with discharge and continuing care planning

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred:

CSC-AD CAC-AD LGADC ADT

Experience working in SUD treatment Strong consideration will be given to motivated candidates with behavioral health experience.
