Job Description

Company Overview Metro Care Human Services is a progressive and people-oriented organization dedicated to providing a variety of high-quality human services including mental health counseling and intervention, case management, and independent housing support. We are seeking a conscientious and motivated individual to help provide compassionate mental health support to the people we serve. Position Overview The purpose of this role is to provide individual and group recovery services for clients facing substance use disorder or other mental health challenges. The LADC will facilitate psychodynamic and educational groups as well as create individualized treatment plans, documenting and overseeing the clients' progress towards recovery. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. Location:
West St. Paul & Inver Grove Heights Responsibilities Lead Treatment groups and Individual treatment sessions within our residential programs. Develop treatment plans based on individual needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment. Follow company and state-required training plans, continuing education, and compliance procedures. Assist clients in maintaining funding by communicating with payors. Maintain your license and professional conduct when working with fellow employees and clients. Requirements
MN LADC, BBHT
approved. AA degree or higher with 1-2 years treatment experience. Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.
High degree of computer literacy:
MS office, electronic health records (Credible experience a plus). Ability to pass MN DHS background check. Ability to work as a team member and align tasks and agency goals and work collaboratively with co-workers and management. Metro Care is an equal opportunity employer.
