Supervise a team of case managers who provide supportive services to children and families impacted by the foster care system. Provide training and support to staff with a focus on client safety and moving children toward permanency. Track performance and outcome measures to ensure compliance with state contracts and agency policy and procedure. Collaborate with agency leadership and outside stakeholders to improve outcomes for youth and families. What We reLooking For:
Master s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug and Alcohol Counseling, or a related field. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science 2-3 years of related experience in child welfare. Passion for making a difference and supporting families through life s challenges. Previous supervisory experience preferred. We are an equal opportunity employer.
