Your Role:

Supervise a team of case managers who provide supportive services to children and families impacted by the foster care system. Provide training and support to staff with a focus on client safety and moving children toward permanency. Track performance and outcome measures to ensure compliance with state contracts and agency policy and procedure. Looking For:

Master s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug and Alcohol Counseling, or a related field. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science 2-3 years of related experience in child welfare. Passion for making a difference and supporting families through life s challenges. Previous supervisory experience preferred. We are an equal opportunity employer.
