Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Drug & Alcohol Counselor to join our outpatient treatment team. This position provides an opportunity to work with individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders in a supportive, client-centered environment. We offer flexible scheduling and a collaborative atmosphere where counselors can make a meaningful impact in the lives of those they serve. Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and gather information to support treatment planning. Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans. Provide individual and group counseling services. Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with other treatment providers and referral sources as appropriate. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Addiction Studies, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field. CADC, CAADC, or certification eligibility preferred. Experience working with substance use disorders preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
