Certified Addiction Counselor :
Conduct substance abuse assessment, individual counseling and group counseling. Ability to provide mental health therapy or case management Attend weekly treatment team meetings. Document electronic medical record. Complete weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements:
Must have CAC or equivalent SA recognized certification. •
