Job Description
We're seeking a compassionate Substance Abuse Specialist to join our Community Support Team (CST). You'll provide community-based treatment, crisis support, and care coordination to help individuals achieve recovery and stability. Key Responsibilities Provide psychoeducation and support based on Person-Centered Plans Assist with crisis intervention and relapse prevention Conduct assessments and monitor client progress Coordinate care with medical and behavioral health providers Provide case management and connect clients to needed services Support housing stability and daily living skills Qualifications LCAS / LCAS-A or CADC required Training in motivational interviewing and addiction medicine Strong communication and documentation skills Experience in substance use or community-based care preferred Why Join Us?
