Therapist Reflections Recovery Center - 3.5 Lindon, UT Job Details Full-time $28 - $35 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Master's degree Typing Full Job Description Reflections Outpatient is looking to hire a full-time Masters level clinical therapists at our dual-diagnosis substance abuse and mental health outpatient facility located in Lindon, Utah. If seeking out a position for supervision towards licensure this can be accommodated (CMHC, CSW, MFT). If you have a passion and interest in working with those with substance abuse issues this is a great setting to work in. We maintain a smaller client roster we've found that there's more quality one on one time with the clients to assist them in their therapeutic process where our process groups do not exceed 12 clients, and a maximum case load of 12 clients per therapist. We accept clients from the age of 18 with no age limit. Reflections Outpatient is in network with most private insurance companies, as well as most Medicaid plans. In our program we utilize 12 Step programs and alternatives, relational and family dynamics, humanistic and client-centered approaches, trauma therapy, etc. The position offered is a Monday - Thursday schedule, with a rotating Friday. There is an expectation for being on call (rotating) some weekends for emergencies as they arise. Previous experiencing working in substance abuse preferred, but not required. Required to pass a background screening. Pay offered is hourly pay and not per client hour.

Pay:

$28 - $33 hourly

Responsibilities:

Facilitating process groups weekly and to complete documentation day of. Managing a client caseload of maximum 12 clients, documentation to be completed day of individual therapy sessions. Ability to co-facilitate additional groups as assigned (on an as needed basis) Complete bio/psycho/social assessments with new clients within 48 hours of admission. Conduct Suicide Risk Assessments with new clients within 48 hours of admission. Develop comprehensive treatment plans for each client and review treatment plans weekly with client and clinical team. Meet with individual client's weekly for individual therapy. Oversee the client's treatment progress utilizing appropriate clinical interventions. Comply with all state, federal, and local laws regarding treatment and abide by ethical standards. Ability in evaluating client needs and making determinations and referrals to other programs and or other facilities (when needed) to ensure quality of care. Complete updated for clients to be sent to courts, probation officers, DCFS, etc. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to type minimum 45 words per minute Masters level clinical degree required. License not required, if working towards supervision this can be accommodated for CMHC and CSW. Two years previous experience in substance abuse preferred, but not required.
