May work in a clinic, health care facility or community based program, or work with clients referred through the criminal justice system.

Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) Substance Use Disorder Professional Alpine Recovery Services - Arlington, Washington 98223 We are seeking a qualified, caring, and passionate Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP). Alpine Recovery Services has been providing high-quality substance abuse counseling and therapy to patients in Snohomish, Skagit, Island, and King Counties since 1992. We are a state- licensed substance use disorder treatment facility and offer a range of addiction treatment programs including PHP, IOP and outpatient treatment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The position involves alcohol and drug assessments, intakes, and electronic record keeping. 10-15 hours per week, Mondays and Fridays.
Hours:
Part-time -10-15 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
(depending on experience): Be an agent for providing services to patients, primarily alcohol and drug assessments, and vacation coverage. Services are given to individuals with substance use disorder related problems and to their families. Access to and protection of
PHI:
Responsible for upholding a culture of privacy and security in highly confidential work environment (HIPPA covered entity service area). Complies with all Alpine policies and procedures that involve access to and safeguarding of client Protected Health Information (all forms).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR SUDPT
Substance Use Disorder Professional Certification with the WA State Department of Health. Proficient computer skills.

Criminal History Background Checks are required prior to employment.
PREFERRED
Associate's (required), bachelor's or master's level degree preferred in Social Services, Counseling or related field.

DOE Benefits:
