What You'll Do Empower Growth Provide individualized vocational counseling and person-centered support Help participants identify strengths, interests, abilities, and career goals Develop personalized rehabilitation and employment plans that inspire success Conduct assessments and vocational evaluations to guide meaningful services Be an Advocate Partner with participants, families, caregivers, referral agencies, and community providers Coordinate services that support each individual's unique journey Advocate for participant choice, independence, and self-determination Present recommendations that improve participant outcomes and program quality Teach, Coach & Inspire Facilitate engaging individual and group sessions focused on vocational readiness, life skills, confidence building, wellness, and personal growth Support participants in developing the skills needed to succeed both in the workplace and in everyday life Celebrate milestones and encourage progress every step of the way Make an Impact Through Quality Care Maintain comprehensive electronic case records and documentation Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and measurable participant goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional services Stay current with rehabilitation best practices and innovative approaches What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, or a related field Valid New Jersey Driver's License Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems Passion for helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life Bonus Qualities Person-centered mindset Positive, compassionate attitude Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to inspire, motivate, and encourage others A collaborative spirit and commitment to lifelong learning Why Join Inroads to Opportunities?
