Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Vocational Evaluation Supervisor to lead a team responsible for assessing work readiness, vocational skills, and employment potential for individuals participating in a workforce development program.
Responsibilities:
Supervise Vocational Evaluators and support staff Oversee vocational assessments and Individualized Vocational Assessment Plans (IVAPs) Review case documentation and ensure compliance with program requirements Monitor staff productivity and program outcomes Conduct quality assurance reviews and support audit readiness Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support participant success Provide coaching, training, and performance management to staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Education, or related field Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) required Supervisory experience preferred Experience with vocational assessments, workforce development, or rehabilitation services Strong documentation, organizational, and leadership skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Apply today to learn more about this opportunity.
