is hiring a After School Program Counselor - Scottsdale / Paradise Valley Family YMCA in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time position. RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PROGRAM COUNSELOR

Lead children through fun interactive activates such as arts & crafts, gym games and so much more.

Create positive lasting memories for each child, each day. •This is not an exhaustive list of job duties. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A PROGRAM COUNSELOR

Minimum age of 18Must enjoy working with childrenCurrent fingerprint clearance card and negative TB or the ability to obtain.

12: 30-6: 30pm

M, T, Th, & Fri:

2: 30-6: 30pm Possess knowledge and desire to work with children. Possess mature judgment and sound decision-making. Ability to communicate effectively with members, peers, and supervisor. Ability to effectively communicate information on YMCA Child Care Programs. Must be observant, safety conscious and able to react calmly and quickly in an emergency
