Key Responsibilities Provide individualized and group support to youth, with an emphasis on teen group facilitation. Help participants connect with others and express themselves through play, projects, and discussion. Assist with group planning and implementation that reflects participants' interests, developmental levels, and communication styles. Build strong, respectful relationships with participants and their families. Support safe, inclusive environments where every participant feels seen, valued, and empowered. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training to reflect and grow in your practice. Maintain consistent and accurate session documentation in a timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required , in a related field preferred (e.g., Child Development, Psychology, Education, Social Work). Experience working with youth and/or individuals with developmental differences is highly preferred. A flexible, collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Commitment to PCDA's values of inclusion, family partnership, and relationship-based care. Availability for weekday afternoon/evening and some Saturday hours.
