Licensed and Experience Job Description:

Provides clinical treatment services to an identified population in assigned schools and works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team within the schools to determine treatment, resources and needs for assigned individuals. Completes behavioral health assessment and treatment services for assigned caseload. Treatments include but are not limited to assessment, counseling, treatment plan review, transition/discharge planning, crisis intervention and response. Provides case management services. Refers individuals or family to community resources to assist in recovery. Provides access to services such as financial assistance, legal aid, housing, job placement or education. Performs commitment determinations and/or executes orders of involuntary commitments. Works with assigned site to deliver treatment services. Light travel as assigned. Assists in the planning, development, scheduling and implementation of program activities. Acts as a liaison/representative with stakeholders in a variety of settings. Meets daily billable services expectations. Attends on and off site trainings as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

•Must be a Licensed Independent Practitioner in the State of Georgia; or receiving within six months of offer•

Preferred Qualifications:

Fully Licensed with experience with the Child and Adolescent population

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to sit; to use hands to feel and/or handle objects, tools or controls; reach with arms and hands; hear and speak. Required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch. Must regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds. There are sustained incidences of public contact. May encounter various levels of emotional strain or tension.
