Do you excel at guiding conversations, fostering trust, and helping young people identify and achieve their goals? Join our team as a Facilitator and play a key role in empowering youth to have a voice in their own planning process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coordinate and facilitate Youth-Centered Planning Meetings (YCPM) in accordance with established standards. Prepare youth, families, and support team members for participation in the planning process. Schedule and organize meetings, including coordinating participants, materials, and accommodations. Guide productive, goal-oriented discussions that promote youth engagement and self-determination. Develop and document clear action plans and meeting outcomes. Complete required documentation and maintain confidential records within established timeframes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree or equivalent post-secondary education with relevant human services experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with youth, families, and community partners. Commitment to strengths-based, youth-centered practices. Ability to manage conflict, maintain professional boundaries, and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
