  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking enthusiastic After School Counselors to join our team for an upcoming school year program. As a counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging environment for youth to learn and have fun.
  • Duties:
  • Supervise and engage youth in various activities and games
  • Implement educational and recreational programs
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all youth
  • Provide guidance and support to youth as needed
  • Communicate effectively with members, and fellow staff members
  • Skills:
  • Experience working with children or students
  • Knowledge of childcare practices
  • Ability to educate and motivate youth
  • First aid and CPR certification preferred
  • Familiarity with behavior management techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Background in early childhood education, special education, sports coaching, babysitting, or classroom management is a plus.
