VariedDo you love working with youth and want to make a positive impact in your community? Join us at the brand-new McPherson Youth Center! We're looking for caring, energetic team members to help create a safe and engaging space for teens after school. The Youth Center offers a place to hang out, play games, use the computer lab, join programs, and build connections.
Schedule:
Tuesdays from 3:00 PM-8:00 PM & Saturdays from 3 PM - 9 PM Summer & school vacation weeks include extended hours Flexible scheduling available (2-3 days per week) What You'll Do Support and supervise youth in a fun, welcoming environment. Build positive relationships and encourage skill-building. Model leadership, communication, and respectful behavior. What You Bring Strong judgment and decision-making skills. Experience working with youth in recreation, camp, or group settings. A positive attitude and desire to help teens learn and grow. Why Work for the YMCA?
