Position Summary Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (YBGR) Treatment Coordinators provide vital case management and oversee the coordination of mental health services for the youth in our care. Serving as the primary liaison among families, youth, and internal and external treatment teams, Treatment Coordinators play a central role in ensuring the success of each child's treatment journey. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is mission-driven, aligned with YBGR's core values, and demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to serving as a positive role model for youth and their families. Responsibilities Management Manage youth intake by developing Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs), completing assessments (CRAFFT, ACES), and maintaining self-regulation plans. Oversee case management tasks such as facilitating Multidisciplinary Treatment Plan Reviews (MTPRs), completing documentation, and acting as liaison with legal entities, probation, and courts. Client Care Address youth needs, including contact lists, treatment passes, parent communication, and coordinating essential services (e.g., medical, dental, personal care). Initiate discharge planning upon admission and develop aftercare plans with referrals and provider appointments. Goals Contribute to organizational goals through active participation in Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) initiatives and team collaboration. Uphold YBGR's mission and values, adhere to policies and safety protocols, and engage in professional development and supervision meetings. Stewardship is the use of any resource or talent entrusted to YBGR to fulfill the mission and values. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mental health related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Knowledge of and ability to maintain professional therapeutic boundaries and confidentiality with youth and families. Good computer/technology skills. Able to quickly learn and use YBGR selected software solutions. Skills Ability to relate and build rapport with youth therapeutically while serving as a positive role model for the youth. Ability to work in cooperation and collaboration with the treatment team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Display regular, predictable, and reliable attendance at work. Excellent active listening skills. Demonstrate sound & ethical judgment and decision-making skills.
