Full-time Break Out, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Clinician (A license accepted) to provide clinical and therapeutic services within our Crisis Stabilization and Transitional Program (CSTP), a Level III residential program serving youth ages 10-17. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive, team-based environment while gaining hands-on experience with youth in a structured therapeutic setting. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to youth at least three (3) times per week Support youth in collaboration with the treatment team and individual therapist Complete Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCA) and CCA Addendums Assist with development and implementation of Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) Participate in Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings and provide clinical input Support admission process and treatment planning for incoming youth Assist with determining appropriate level of care and transitions Direct Care & Program Support Provide direct support to youth to maintain stability and prevent crisis Support programming designed by the therapist and case manager Assist staff with de-escalation and crisis intervention Collaboration Work with families, DSS, care managers, and other stakeholders Provide clinical guidance to residential staff On-Call Requirement Participate in on-call rotation (at least once per month) Support staff during crisis situations and assist with stabilization Schedule Full-time position Flexible schedule based on program needs Must be available during awake hours Ability to work weekends as needed Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active NC License OR Provisional License (LCSW-A, LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, etc.) Experience working with youth preferred Strong crisis intervention and trauma-informed care skills Ideal Candidate Passionate about working with youth in a therapeutic setting Compassionate and patient with strong clinical judgment Able to collaborate with professionals, families, and stakeholders Comfortable working in a structured residential environment Benefits Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a real impactJob Type:
