Works in a school or community-based program; may assist with referrals from parole or probation offices. Job Description
Work with adolescent females (12yo-18yo) in a group home setting teaching and role modeling. WICS is a home that is designed for personal growth and accountability and is a highly structured program. We aid youth placed in our care by the State of Nebraska or Juvenile Probation who have experienced a family crisis, behavioral/emotional challenges, drug/alcohol abuse, and require staff to use a trauma-informed lense.
Staff are:
- 21 years of age or older due to Nebraska child care regulations
- Have a minimum of a high school education or GED
- Have a strong service background and/or life experience
