Overview Amazing Athletes and Soccer Stars is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Enrichment Coaches to join our team on a part-time basis! Our mission is to provide a fun, educational, and supportive environment where young children can develop social skills, physical fitness, and confidence while learning the fundamentals of sports. Responsibilities As a Youth Enrichment Coach , you will: Lead engaging soccer and sports enrichment classes for children ages 1-10 years. Use structured lesson plans to teach teamwork, coordination, and sports fundamentals. Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment that motivates children to stay active. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about class updates and child progress. Reinforce important values such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building. Schedule & Hours Part-time, flexible role. Classes typically run mornings (9:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM), afternoons (2:30 PM
  • 4:00 PM) and/or weekends mornings (9:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM) Approximately 5-10 hours per week, year-round.

Requirements Requirements Must be available to work year-round mornings and/or afternoons. Reliable transportation to travel to multiple class locations. Energetic and engaging personality with a passion for working with children. Previous experience in coaching, teaching, youth development, or recreational programs preferred. Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid certification and background checks. Ability to foster a positive and fun learning environment for young athletes.
