In this role, you will design and facilitate a variety of engaging programs that keep children active, happy, and safe while supporting their growth and learning. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and lead diverse after-school activities including arts and crafts, sports, theater, outdoor games, and educational games that cater to different age groups and interests Supervise children during activities to ensure safety, proper behavior management, and positive social interactions Implement behavior management strategies to promote respectful and inclusive play environments Maintain a safe environment by following first aid protocols, CPR procedures, and emergency response guidelines when necessary Collaborate with team members to develop age-appropriate curricula that support childhood development and youth engagement Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's participation and progress in programs Assist with setup and cleanup of activity spaces to ensure a welcoming and organized environment Skills Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate children and maintain order during activities Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings such as daycare, camps, or youth programs Knowledge of first aid procedures, CPR certification, AED operation, and safety protocols for emergency situations Background in special education or childhood development is highly desirable Proven ability to facilitate youth group activities, sports coaching, theater productions or outdoor work experience Excellent child supervision skills combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for engaging young minds Team leadership experience with the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment Familiarity with behavior management techniques tailored for early childhood education or youth development programs Join us in creating joyful moments that inspire children's growth!
