Counselor 10-Month Castle Partial Care Hospitalization Program (PHP

  • Friday/Days $20.00

00 per hour PLUS full benefits

MUST have a bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field. Experience with children in behavioral & mental health. Provides for the direct care and management of patient population of a partial care treatment center.
Responsibilities:
Maintains a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients. Facilitates regular therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient's treatment plan. Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context. Accurately records daily patient progress in the medical record as well as completing other required paperwork. Rides along with the van driver to transport patients to and from the program. Maintains certification in Handle with Care behavior management system. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
