Job Description

$58,000 to $68,000 per year
Position Summary:
To provide assessments, counseling using TF-CBT and psycho-educational services to children, parents and families in Cumberland County who have witnessed and/or experienced domestic violence in their home. Services include individual and family counseling. Duties and Responsibilities Complete training in TF-CBT Administration and scoring of parent/child assessments Preparation of diagnostic histories involving the collection, analysis, and recording of significant social and personal factors Provide clinical services using the modalities of TF-CBT individual and family counseling and psycho-education Complete documentation and other reporting requirements on a timely basis Adhere to program goals, methods and interventions Participate in weekly case review meetings and/or individual supervision Participate in the development and planning of sessions Participates in weekly agency collaboration team meetings Adhere to policies and procedures of CFS Requirements MSW or MA in a related human services field Licensed (LSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC) or license eligible Knowledge in the area of domestic violence Experience working with children and families Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred Clearly communicate ideas in both written and verbal form
