September 2026 Are you passionate about working with children? Looking for a meaningful part-time job that aligns with the school calendar? Join our Club Kid Before and After School Program , where we provide a fun, safe, and enriching environment for elementary-aged children. As a member of our Club Kid team, you will be responsible for supervising, engaging, and mentoring students before and/or after school. This is an ideal position for college students, paraprofessionals, retirees, or anyone who enjoys working with youth in a positive, structured environment.

Schedule:

AM Shift:

Approx. 7:00 AM - 8:30

AM PM Shift:

Approx. 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM Shifts vary slightly by school Opportunities available for one or both shifts

Responsibilities:

Supervise children in a group setting Lead games, crafts, and recreational activities Promote social-emotional growth and safety Build strong, positive relationships with students and families Follow YMCA and school district policies and procedures

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Experience working with children preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must pass background checks and fingerprinting Why Join Club Kid?
