Job Description
Youth Program Administrator Sharpen Skills Training is an athletic development facility located in Brunswick, OH, with a facility that has over 20,000 square feet of space to provide weight training, conditioning on turf, and alternative workouts on basketball & volleyball courts. Sharpen Skills Training is hosting a 10-week summer camp for kids entering Kindergarten through 6th grade.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily camp operations Supervise 1-2 Camp Counselors Manage groups of 10 - 30 campers, ages ranging from 5 to 12 years old. Facilitate activities Maintain a safe and organized environment Communicate with Parents as needed Ensure campers have a positive and enriching experience Follow Sharpen Skills Training guidelines and policies with special attention to, attendance, punctuality, and safetyQualifications:
- Working toward a Bachelor's Degree or Completion of Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with youth (K-6) athletes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Positive/Energetic Personality
- Sports Background Preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification
