Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals facing mental health challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapies in individual private practice settings. The therapist will work collaboratively with clients to support their mental health needs while adhering to ethical and legal standards. •We are looking for someone who treats children and adolescents in addition to adults. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments. Provide direct therapy services, including individual counseling and collaborative care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Counseling techniques. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LISW, LPCC, IMFT, PsyD). Experience in private practice settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with coding for mental health services is a plus. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment with psychiatry providers.

$89,782.00 - $97,564.00 per year
