This role focuses on providing intensive therapy to children and families within their homes, schools, and communities using the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model , a nationally recognized evidence-based family therapy approach. We are actively working to expand the diversity of our clinical team and strongly encourage bilingual clinicians (Spanish or American Sign Language) and clinicians from diverse backgrounds to apply. This position is ideal for therapists who want to make a meaningful impact on children and families while developing advanced clinical skills in family therapy. Bilingual Bonus Additional compensation opportunities are available for therapists fluent in Spanish.
