Every Child, Inc. (ECI) is seeking Family Based Mental Health Therapists to join our passionate, community-focused behavioral health team in both our Pittsburgh and Washington County offices. We're a growing, innovative nonprofit that assigns manageable caseloads so you can truly focus on providing high-quality counseling, therapy, and mental health support to children, adolescents, and their families. What You'll Do:
As a Senior Family Based Mental Health Clinician , you'll be the therapeutic lead—creating individualized treatment plans, providing intensive in-home therapeutic interventions, and guiding families through the healing process. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver therapy, clinical assessments, crisis management, and psychoeducation from a whole-family, systems-based perspective.
What We're Looking For:
Passion for working in community mental health and social services Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a child-serving system/agency (internships not counted toward requirement due to state regulations) Experience with trauma-focused therapy and crisis intervention Strong organizational and computer skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Sense of humor and positive attitude Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion About Every Child, Inc.: We're a nonprofit dedicated to helping children and families thrive through behavioral health services, foster care, adoption programs, and wraparound family support .
