Responsibilities Counselors Checking in on counselors throughout the day and giving breaks when needed Resolving any conflicts that may occur between counselors Attending activities where an extra staff may be helpful Evaluating Counselors midway and at the end of summer Supporting staff with camper needs ex.(getting sunscreen, water bottles, lost and found, ect.) Campers Mediating conflict between Campers Participating in Director time, Group time, and assisting during transition times Building relationships with campers in your groups Taking pictures for camp minder Parents Building relationships with parents Be the first line of communication for parents on day to day items Miscellaneous Be Flexible to help at all aspects of camp Assist during pick-up and drop off times
