Youth Counselor: Weekends required (MUST BE 20+)

Starting $15-$16 per hour (DOE)

Hours:

Day Shifts 7am-3pm, Swing Shifts 3pm-11pm, Grave Shifts 11pm-7am. •

SATURDAY AND/OR SUNDAY

are required Hiring Immediately for on-call. Part-time and Full-time shifts may also be available.

Requirements:

• Must be 20 years old or older
• Must have a high school diploma
• Experience working with youth is preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must pass pre-employment drug test
• Must be willing to work weekends

Job Description:

§ You will be required to interact and talk to students for the majority of the shift. Building healthy mentor relationships with our students is critical. § Provide a positive and motivated role model for Mountain Springs students. § Hold students accountable to the standards set by Mountain Springs administration. § Enforce the rules set forth in the Mountain Springs handbook. § Participate in activities with the student population. § Maintain the safety of the Mountain Springs student population. § Assist the teaching staff as requested. § Required to attend weekly staff meetings and training. § Communicate with co-workers to ensure consistency throughout the workweek. § Other jobs as requested by management. § Bring positive energy! Have fun! Must be teachable, dependable, punctual, a team player, have leadership skills and be able to work well with adolescents.'
