Job Description
Job Summary Provide positive mentorship to at risk youth by modeling healthy, trusting relationships through clear communication and setting appropriate boundaries. Help youth understand the importance of education, healthy relationships, finding a sense of self, and giving back to the community while providing the tools, guidance, support and feedback needed to thrive. Finally, a Youth Impact Mentor must be encouraging and engaging for children and will maintain the integrity of Youth Impact's mission and goals demonstrating values at all times.
