The pace here varies, fast and hands on some shifts, quieter on others. We coach, we don't micromanage, but we do expect follow-through. Is this you? You have childcare experience. Babysitting, siblings, volunteering, or professional care all count. You genuinely enjoy being around kids ages 1 to 12. You're reliable, punctual, and ready to jump in, busy or calm. You want part-time hours, primarily evenings and weekends. You're looking to grow your resume and build leadership skills for your future. What you'll gain Real, resume ready experience. Reliable transportation to Manakin Sabot, Goochland area. Ability to lift and bend up to 30 pounds. Availability primarily weekends and weekday evenings. Some weekdays available.
