Child Care Counselor Starting Pay:
$20.90 - $21.62 per hour Child Care Counselors support the basic needs, health, and safety of our residents. In this role, you'll help guide youth through therapeutic programming and individualized treatment goals, all while creating a structured, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment — meaningful work that makes a real differenceQualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's License strongly preferred
- Strong communication and technology skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
