KVC Health Systems is seeking compassionate, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team as a Youth Advisor . In this vital role, you won't just be supervising youth—you will be a mentor, a teacher, and a positive role model. You will help create a safe, trauma-informed environment where children and families can heal and grow. The position will be scheduled for 40 hours per week (80 hours biweekly). We are hiring for multiple shifts, so applicants may be scheduled for Day (7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.), Evening (3:00 p.m.-11:30 p.m.), or Overnight (11:00 p.m.-7:30 a.m.) shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Shift assignments will be discussed during the interview process based on program needs and applicant availability. About the Role As a Youth Advisor, you are the heart of our daily operations. You will build trusting relationships with youth, helping them develop essential life skills and guiding them through their daily routines.
