Role Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based counseling services to high school students one-on-one and in group settings Collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals to design and implement intervention plans Perform thorough case management, tracking student progress and maintaining documentation Respond swiftly to crisis situations, offering de-escalation and immediate support Serve as a resource and advocate for students, promoting a safe, inclusive, and healthy learning environment Participate in regular meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives focused on student well-being Eligible professionals may receive a compensation package ranging between $35 and $40 per hour, with additional access to healthcare benefits, housing assistance, and meal/incidentals support.
