Qualifications & Experience:

Valid state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker or Counselor Previous experience working in a K-5 or elementary setting preferred Strong communication and active listening skills Ability to design, implement, and document support plans Comfort with both individual and group counseling Skillful collaboration with teachers, staff, and families Familiarity with social-emotional and behavioral interventions

Key Responsibilities:
