Qualifications:

Hold an active Colorado Social Worker (SW) license Previous experience working as a Social Worker in school settings is highly valued Skilled in effectively gathering and maintaining confidential caseload details Demonstrated ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct social, emotional, and behavioral support to students within the assigned caseload Conduct assessments, gather background and caseload information, and develop intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to foster a positive learning climate Serve as a liaison between school, families, and community resources Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in school meetings, IEP teams, and professional development opportunities
