Key Qualifications:

Current licensure as a School Social Worker or equivalent credentials recognized in Pennsylvania Experience supporting social-emotional needs in K-4 or similar elementary-aged students Familiarity with developing and implementing behavior intervention plans Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to assess student needs and provide direct social-emotional support services Must be available to work full-time onsite throughout the contract period

Responsibilities:

Deliver individual and group counseling for students with emotional and social challenges Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support Conduct assessments and collaborate in the creation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and related service providers Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and case reviews to ensure coordinated student care Document services and progress in accordance with district policies
