Job Description

We're seeking a school-based Social Worker to support students and families with our district partners for the upcoming school year! Provide counseling, resources, and advocacy to help students thrive academically and emotionally. Immediate interviews-join a dedicated team making a real impact in schools!
Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and support services for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to promote student success Participate in IEP and 504 planning and meetings as needed Collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to support student growth and well-being Serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community resources Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and licensing requirements
Qualifications:
