Social Worker

Greenwood Village is seeking a Social Worker for a long-term care facility. The Social Worker is responsible for acting as a liaison and representative of the residents' social interests and assisting in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department.

Qualifications of Social Worker:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology. At least one year of relevant experience Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred Excellent communication skills
