Social Worker - Dekalb, IL

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Provide individual and group counseling to support students' social and emotional well-being Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of IEPs and intervention plans Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Assist in crisis intervention and provide guidance during challenging situations Connect students and families with community resources and support services Promote positive behavior strategies and a safe, inclusive school environment

Qualifications:
