About Our Practice Deseret Counseling is a well-established and growing group practice with multiple locations throughout Utah. Position Overview We are seeking licensed or associate-level therapists who are passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality outpatient therapy services. We work with a wide variety of concerns including: Trauma and PTSD Anxiety and depression Addiction and compulsive behaviors Relationship and family issues Child and adolescent mental health Auto accident trauma recovery Preferred Qualifications CMHC, ACMHC, CSW, LCSW, LMFT, or related mental health license EMDR trained or EMDR certified preferred Experience working with trauma, children, adolescents, or families is highly valued Spanish-speaking therapists are strongly encouraged to apply Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating well with a team Responsibilities Provide outpatient mental health therapy services Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate professionally with clients, families, providers, and team members Maintain ethical and professional standards of care What We Offer Flexible scheduling options Full-time and part-time positions available (20-39 hours/week) Opportunities for remote/hybrid work if needed Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Strong administrative support Free clinical supervision for associate therapists Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Benefit eligibility after waiting period Positive team culture with experienced and supportive clinicians Who Thrives Here We are looking for therapists who are: Compassionate and client-centered Dependable and professional Motivated to grow clinically and professionally Adaptable in a fast-growing environment Passionate about helping clients create lasting change Why Join Deseret Counseling?
