WHAT YOU'LL DO

(Your Journey): Be the

Campus Guide:

Provide safe, smooth, and friendly transportation for our wonderful residents across the entire campus.

Keep Things Moving:

Coordinate and schedule campus trips, ensuring everyone gets to where they need to go safely and on time. Lend a

Helping Hand:

Assist residents with getting in and out of the vehicle, managing mobility aids, and loading/unloading belongings with a smile.

Maintain Your Ride:

Conduct routine daily safety inspections of campus vehicles to ensure they are clean, fueled, and running perfectly. Be a

Familiar Face:

Build meaningful relationships with our seniors, bringing joy, patience, and positive energy to every single trip.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

A valid, clean PA Driver's License (with an excellent driving record!). A warm, patient, and people-first personality—you love interacting with seniors! Strong communication and time-management skills to keep our campus schedule on track. The physical ability to safely assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicles. Previous experience driving commercial vans, shuttles, or transport vehicles is a major plus, but a great attitude and safe driving habits are our #1 priority!
