• 5:00 PM Position Overview D-BAT Southshore is seeking an experienced and energetic Softball Coach to lead our High School Summer Training Program.

This role focuses on developing high school athletes through structured practices, skill development, and performance training in a positive, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee softball training sessions for high school athletes (ages 14-18) Develop and implement structured practice plans focused on: Hitting mechanics and approach Defensive fundamentals and positional work Throwing mechanics and arm care Game awareness and situational play Coordinate with strength and conditioning staff to ensure athlete development Provide individualized instruction and feedback to athletes Maintain a safe, organized, and professional training environment Track athlete progress and communicate development with players and parents when needed Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for each session
