Selective Soldering Technician:

Perform manual soldering to assemble electronic components on printed circuit boards according to work instructions. Program and operate the Selective Soldering Machine. Conduct Post Wave Inspection to ensure quality standards. Identify and mark up documentation or technical issues, escalating to management when necessary. Enter defect data and workstation times daily. Assist with mechanical assembly, packing, and shipping as needed. Participate in an environment focused on learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications of the

Selective Soldering Technician:

3+ years of experience in printed circuit board assembly with demonstrated excellent soldering skills is preferred.

IPC-A-610

certification is required. Experience with Selective Solder and Final Assembly equipment is helpful. Knowledge of

IPC-J-STD-001
