About the Role We are looking for a driven and resourceful Talent Sourcer to join an elite recruiting team. In this role, you will be the primary engine of the hiring pipeline-identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier technical talent across aerospace systems, hardware engineering, and mission operations. You bring a deep understanding of the specialized aerospace talent market and know how to navigate the niche networks of the people who build the future.

BachelorsResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing:

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies for highly technical engineering roles (Avionics, Propulsion, GNC, Systems Engineering).

Candidate Engagement:

Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, industry-specific forums, and aerospace conferences.

Pipeline Management:

Build and maintain deep talent benches for high-priority and recurring technical disciplines to ensure rapid hiring cycles.

Initial Vetting:

Conduct high-touch outreach and initial candidate screenings to assess technical alignment, motivation, and cultural fit.

Data Integrity:

Maintain precise and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS (Greenhouse or similar).

Market Intelligence:

Stay current on aerospace talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence within the "New Space" sector.

Reporting:

Track and report on sourcing metrics to continuously optimize pipeline health and conversion rates.
