Job Description

Sous Chef (Seasonal → Full-Time Opportunity) Join our team for the summer with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Sous Chef role. We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in consistency, quality, and execution.
Schedule Wed-Sat:
4PM
  • 10
PM Sunday:
9AM
  • 2PM Pay $18
  • $24/hour (based on experience) What You'll Do Lead kitchen operations during service Maintain high food quality, consistency, and presentation Support inventory, ordering, and cost control Train and manage kitchen staff Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards Assist with menu updates and specials What We're Looking For Sous Chef experience or strong line cook ready to step up Fast, organized, and detail-oriented Leadership mindset and team player Experience in high-volume or upscale kitchens preferred Apply Send your resume to ana@harbourhospitalityllc.
