Sous Chef

We're looking for a passionate, organized, and hardworking Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, leads by example, and takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork. We're searching for a chef who loves cooking, enjoys mentoring cooks, and wants to help build a strong kitchen culture.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily kitchen operations and service execution
• Lead and support line cooks during service
• Help manage prep production, ordering, and inventory
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Work closely with the chef team on menu execution and development
• Train and mentor kitchen staff
• Help uphold consistency in food quality and presentation

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Open availability, including nights and weekends
• Passion for hospitality and team culture
